The first step is to make contact you. That can be done via email or telephone. I will then call you back and have a chat to see if I can help and arrange a time that suits us both to see you.
In the first meeting, we discuss your expectations of counselling. The sessions are 50 minutes and cost between £50 and £120. I work with individuals who are 16 and over.
I work on Zoom and Telephone countrywide. I work face-to-face out of rooms in Suffolk between Woodbridge and Ipswich.
