Counselling

My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment in which to explore what is going on in your world. People come to counselling for many different reasons;

·        You may be at a point where you don’t want to continue in the same direction.

·        Have dilemmas which need space and perspective to explore.

·        Feel overwhelmed by a life experience.

·        Wish to get a better sense of who you are.

·        Feel stuck or feel you don’t want to continue.

·        Have questions about the world and you place within it.

·        Feel a sense of loss and bereavement.

·        Controlled by an addiction or relationship.

·        Postnatal distress or trauma

There are so many different reasons for starting to seek help. Whatever the challenge or reason for seeking counselling we can talk about it. Counselling is a confidential space where anything can be explored. I am there to listen, not to judge or offer solutions. I can draw on my training in the broad range of psychological approaches to aid the exploration of the challenge.  You are the expert. We will work together to explore what’s going on for you, it will give you new perspective. A perspective which will enable you to make choices which fit you.
