The first step is to make contact. That can be done via email or telephone. I will then call you back and have a chat to see if I can help and arrange a time which suits us both to see you.
In the first meeting we discuss what you expectations of counselling are. The sessions are 50 minutes and cost between £40 and £70. I work with individuals that are 18 and over.
I work on zoom countrywide. I am based in Suffolk between Woodbridge and Ipswich. I do travel to London when the current situation allows.
